DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Step 1: Connect the applicator to the tube by holding the crimp of the tube between the thumb and forefinger of one hand and the applicator tip with the other hand. Rotate/Screw the tube in to the applicator while holding the applicator steady. Apply the tip away from the patient to prevent any unintentional placement of the liquid Sure+Close® II™ High Viscosity Tissue Adhesive into the wound or on to the patient.

Step 2: While holding the tube, and with the applicator tip pointed upward and away from the patient, gently squeeze the tube sufficiently to express the liquid Sure+Close® II™ High Viscosity Tissue Adhesive to saturate the foam tip. Allow the adhesive to settle down in to the foam. When using the fine tip nozzle applicator, gently squeeze the tube until the adhesive can be seen at the tip. This will allow for a more controlled application.

Step 3: To apply, bring the wound edges together and apply a sufficient amount of Sure+Close® II™ High Viscosity Tissue Adhesive to cover the wound site and to close the wound. Effort should be made to not allow the adhesive to puddle or pool as this will slow drying time.

Step 4: After application of a thin layer, approximate wound edges until wound is set (between 1 and 2 minutes depending on skin type, skin's moisture will accelerate set time).
